An opportunity has arisen for a Area Service Manager within the Service Department providing service support to dealers within the area of central, eastern Russia. Primary responsibilities include: · To be actively be involved in developing dealers in line with Company dealer standard programs. This would include regular assessments with monthly reviews feeding back to Field Service and Dealer Development Managers. · Assist dealers in the correct communication of technical issues between the field and Company’s technical support functions. · Advice dealers on correct and professional unit repair in line with Company standards. · Provide fast hands-on response to technical issues where and when required. · Assist and advise dealer staff on new machine installation and customer trainings. · Advise distributor staff on warranty issues, where required offer advice on parts ordering and correct submission of warranty claims. · Track and manage implementation of Company field campaigns keeping Field Service Manager informed of completion status. · When required be capable of directly supporting Company KEY and direct sale customers in a practical manor. The successful candidate should possess the following attributes: · Highly technically competent, with extensive experience on western agricultural equipment both practical and theory. · Be highly competent in the use of a PC. · English speaking ability a major advantage. · Clean driving licence. · Willingness to travel within Russia and Europe on a regular basis. · Highly motivated and organized. · Be able to communicate affectively at all levels in a verity of situations.
