Purpose of the job:
Establish, implement, and update HR processes that will contribute to the development of business and people and contribute to IKEA as the leading home furnishings company in the local market.
Contribute to having the right competence at the right place at the right time.
Be a contributing resource as trainer/facilitator within the leadership & competence development process as well as other HR processes.
Scope of the job:
Be a partner to managers in implementing and carrying out co-worker related activities and processes (i.e. recruitment, introduction/adaptation process, training planning, e-learning, Voice process, etc.) in order to achieve assigned Business & People goals.
Advise, update and train managers/co-workers in all Recruitment and training related policies, procedures and programs.
·Lead the recruitment process in the store, taking responsibility for job posting procedure (store, Internet, mass media, recruitment agencies, job fairs), organising and conducting candidates search and selection for all store positions, pre-screening applications, conducting phone and personal interviews, briefing line managers on candidates and coordinating managers’ interviews with potential candidates.
·Establish and maintain contacts with various educational institutions.
Initiate/participate in IKEA Employer Branding activities.
·Together with SO training department organise and run internal development programs.
Support managers and co-workers in defining learning needs and choosing training opportunities.
Coordinate and follow up all HR and professional trainings
Organise language training for co- workers.
Develop new training materials according to the store needs. Conduct trainings.
Participate in succession planning in the store.
Prepare and maintain required reporting including HR KPIs
Take responsibility for/ participate in projects and other tasks within the HR field as assigned.

experience in conducting trainings is a plus
experience in recruitment is a strong plus
English - Intermediate
good knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Power Point
experience in HR is a strong plus
